In Feng Shui aromatherapy it is important to bring the energy of the body into balance with nature, and clarify the mind, body and soul through the five-essence: Fire (Huo), Wood (Mu), Earth (Tu), Water (Shui), and Metal (Jin).

The Chinese were using aromatics, or aromatherapy, and dates back to 2,700 BC. So they may have been one of the first cultures to use aromatic plants for good-health, and create harmony and balance and so prosperity.

North – east, knowledge, wisdom, education: Grapefruit – Oil comes from the fruit of a grapefruit tree. It has a fresh sweet citrus aroma. It is said to help with depression, headaches, nervous, and associated with the Metal Element in Feng Shui.

Try to use one essential oil or a blend of different oils in your burner. Experiment with different blends and find the one you like. Putting 5-10 drops of cut oils or 3-5 of pure oil in your oil burner that is enough to remove negative chi from your space and attracting prosperity (wealth, health, success) into your life.

Or use a spray bottle with water put 10 -15 drops of your favorite essence and spray into all four corners and the center of the room. This will clear negative energies for both you and the whole room. And when your home is clear of negative energies, you will feel better and attracting money.

Aromatherapy is a very important part of Feng Shui. It is used to remove negative chi from your space as well as provide therapy.
